This turning machine integrates commutator turning machine and armature core turning machine into one machine, greatly improves working efficiency and lower the cost. It has two working stations, one for turning commutator, the other for turning rotor. It is equipped with dust collection system and lubricating system. Both cutting and turning process are under servo control mode. Fast tooling change within 10 min.
(1)Working principle
Driven by three-phase asynchronous motor, followed by the rotation of belt, rotor shaft rotates at a high speed on the diamond V shape holder due to the pressure friction. horizontal and vertical cutter feeding is driven by three-axis servo motor and ball screw. All the action is completed by the PLC.
