Measure the no-load speed, current, voltage of the DC micromotor, and display the waveform of the motor commutator, and judge whether the no-load speed and current of the motor are qualified according to whether the measured value meets the set range.
By measuring the spark current of the DC motor steering gear, through the corresponding signal processing technology and calculation, the speed of the DC motor can be accurately calculated. It has the advantages of simple operation, fast and accurate testing, convenient and practical. It can be widely used in the manufacturing process and factory test of all kinds of micro DC brush motors.
The voltage and high/low speed corresponding current can be set arbitrarily, the upper and lower limits of the speed are automatically tested, and the unqualified product is automatically alarmed and the result can be queried.
