Double Stations Horizontal Structure Stator Coil Winding Machine

This machine is applied to make winding coils before running the automatic winding inserting machine. It enables the copper wires to be wound to the segment tooling. The finished winding coils could be transferred to the winding inserting machine for the operation via the special fixture directly. It does not require the operator to do the winding coils shifting from present machine to the former 1st, remove the winding coils to the winding inserting machine afterwards. It is much suitable for the stators winding coils making of three phases motor and two poles motor.
