This two working stations needle winding machine can wind 36 slots BLDC motor stator. The winding process is controlled by 4 servo control spindle, with no-loading speed up to 600r/min.  Moudle tooling design makes tooling changeover faster and easier.

Click mould open button, then put workpiece into the tooling.
Choose auto mode, then select edited product program.
Press start button with two hands, machine will start to do automatic winding.
After winding, machine will automatically reset.
Click mould open button, manual unload workpiece.
