This inslot coil winding machine is suitable for fan motor, brushless motor stator to do coil winding. Machine can wind stators with wire range within 0.1 to 1.2mm. The adoption of a moudle tooling design saves lots of time during tooling change.

Click mould open button, then put workpiece into the tooling.
Choose auto mode, then select edited product program.
Press start button with two hands, machine will start to do automatic winding.
After winding, machine will automatically reset.
Click mould open button, manual unload workpiece.
