Instruction Manual

1. Application and features
This Hydraulic press is a bearing and rotor press equipment.
1)Press adopts hydraulic system with excellent performance.,
with consistence pressure, which is more stable and reliable than cylinder press-in.

2)The operation is simple, just put the bearing and rotor into the tooling, and both hands press start to run.

3)Adding a grating ruler to control the control accuracy greatly improves the product qualification rate.

4) The equipment is equipped with light curtain switch, safety door switch protection, higher safety protection for operator.

  1. Working principle
The first step is to press the debugging button to set the parameters for workpiece.
Then press the run button on the touch screen, the oil pump motor starts automatically, and the oil cylinder returns to the initial point.
Then put the workpiece into the fixture one by one, press the start button with both hands at the same time, then the switch detects whether the workpiece is in place,
if not, the touch screen will alarm, then put the workpiece again, and press the Reset button. Press the two-hand start button again, the cylinder will advance to the fast and then slow speed position, and press to the end of the set position.
When the pressure is maintained until the set time is up, the cylinder returns.
Manually unload the workpiece.

 
  1. Operation process

When starting up, first connect power plug (3AC480V), and then Power On at the back of the chassis.
At this time, the power indicator next to the power switch is on, and the cooling fans on both sides of the electrical box start to work.
Meantime, the following interface appears on the touch screen (Figure 1):

After the above interface appears, if the emergency stop button is pressed,
please release the emergency stop button first. Press the run button, the touch screen will automatically enter the next screen (Figure 2).
After entering this screen, the operator can put the bearing and rotor, and then press the start button with both hands at the same time.

This interface mainly displays the running status and alarm prompts
1) Total output and Shift output
The cumulative output mainly records the total amount of products produced since the machine is put into operation, and cannot be reset.
The shift output is the output produced on duty, and the output can be reset to zero the next day after the shift.

2) Pressed actual position and pressed to setted position
The pressed actual position refers to the specific position where the bearing is pressed into the rotor shaft, which is the current coordinate point of the value grating ruler.
The pressed to setted position is the set target value of the bearing press-fit.

3) Pressure time
Pressure time is the delay time (maximum 9.9) before the cylinder returns after the bearing is pressed into the target position.

4) One rotor time
  One rotor time is the time from pressing the start button to finishing the product

5) Step/Auto & Lighting
   Step/Auto refers to the current running state,
Auto is to press to start and automatically press to the end.
If in Step state, the machine will run step by step by pressing both hands.
The lighting is automatically turned on after entering the running interface, this screen can switch the lighting switch

6) Alarms
1. Left position no bearing (if the alarm prompts, please put the bearing on the left side and press the reset button)
2. Right position no bearing (if the alarm prompts, please put the bearing on the right side and press the reset button)
3. Safety door (please close the door when the alarm prompts, and press the reset button)
4. Grating (if an alarm prompt appears, press the reset button)
5. Cylinder left limit protection (if an alarm prompt occurs, press the exit button to move in the reverse direction during debugging. Check the stop switch)
6. Cylinder right limit protection (if an alarm prompt appears, press the exit button to move in the reverse direction during debugging, check the grating ruler and the set position)



If you press the debug button on the interface of Figure 1,
the touch screen will automatically enter the next screen (Figure 3)

The interface in Figure 3 is mainly for manual debugging and parameter setting
1) Parameter number and Parameter name
The Parameter number refers to the number of the parameter to be set, and the Parameter name is the name of the corresponding parameter number. For example (parameter number is 0, parameter name is 500.000 and cannot be set to letters) After setting the parameter number and the corresponding name, you can directly input the related parameter number to use for according rotor.

2) Cylinder position and Reset grating ruler
The oil cylinder position refers to the displayed value of the current position of the grating ruler.
The Reset grating ruler means the current position of the grating scale is reset to 0.
  
 3) Cylinder fast forward and Cylinder slow forward and Cylinder rewind
 Cylinder fast forward and Cylinder slow forward is the position where the oil cylinder
changes from fast to slow speed during the pressing process of the oil cylinder.
Cylinder rewind is pressed to the setting end point of the grating ruler
