Our starter assembly line integrates several machines in one automatic line. The production process will be as below:
Shaft pressing ---- insulation paper inserting --- hairpin forming - coil threading ---- coil twisting -----commutator pressing ---coil end cutting----- commutator welding ----varnish trickling---- turning ----- commutator undercutting ------ armature balancing-----testing
All the above corresponding machines can be customized.
Operators required for this assembly line are less than other lines. The reduction of labor force doesn't affect the whole productivity. Low labor cost and high productivity deeply improves the competitiveness for starter motor manufacturers.
