What is the main part of a outrunner brushless motors?

 

 

A single brushless motor is not a complete power system. The brushless basic must be controlled by a

 

brushless controller, that is, electrical control, to achieve continuous operation. The common brushed

 

motor rotates by windings, and the brushless motor(both the outer rotor structure and the inner rotor

 

structure) rotates by magnet. Therefore, any one motor is composed of a stator and a rotor.



The stator of a brushless motor is a part that generates a rotating magnetic field and can support the

 

rotor to rotate. It is mainly composed of a silicon steel sheet, an enameled wire, a bearing, and a

 

support,and the rotor is a magnet of a neodymium-iron-boron magnet, and rotates in the role of a stator

 

magnetic field. The components are mainly composed of a shaft, a magnet, and a support member. In

 

addition, the number of magnetic poles of the stator and rotor also affects the speed and torque of the

 

motor.

Stator winder Trouble shooting

 

Problem:

We've been operating the machine this week without any issue until today, the machine just stopped working, it turns on and everything but it just won't start winding.

When we press the START button, an error appears on the screen IO1ERROR, or something similar.

 

Just to add more information, One of the days we were using the machine I think I got the same error code (IO1ERROR!, not sure if it is O letter or 0 number) or other error code, it turned out to be the air input, somebody unplugged it on the night shift. I only had to plug it again and we had no problems using it for the next few days until now.

I hope this helps solve our problem, it would be helpful if you have an error codes list.

 

Winding machine issue Solution:

Please loose the up screen which showed in photo ' IO1 screw ' and adjust the position until the indicator is on, Then fixten the screw,
 
In normal condition, when in 'Reset status' the up indicator light should be on, and in 'operation status' the down indicator light should be on,
If they are not 'ON' properly, use Phillips screwdriver to adjust it till on (There will be a distance of 'ON', it's better to fixten it in middle place when it is on)

Yes, you mentioned air input, it is also have relation to this error code, the air input should be connected,
This IO1 is the only error code of this machine, please be noted,
