This resin powder coating machine adpots hot dip method to do stator coil insulation treatment.
It is consisted of 1 set oven and 1 set powder coating machine. Oven is used to pre-heat stator before powder coating, and cure powder after coating. Powder coating machine integrates powder coating, powder recycling and powder cleaning function into one machine.

1)Powder coating system
Powder coating chamber: 1 set

Pneumatic control regulator and solenoid valve: 1 set
2)Powder recycling and cleaning system
Adopt 25 type pulse back blowing filter secondary recovery device. The powder is completely separated from the air by the secondary filter, which eliminates the pollution of the surrounding environment caused by the powder being drawn out by the fan.
The first-stage filter element adopts compressed air impulse blowing method to recycle powder by make the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter to fall to the bottom, so as to ensure smooth recycling. It is consisted of fan chamber, air storage cylinder, impulse chamber, recycling chamber and impulse controller. It adopts 1 set N0.4-72 3.2 fan (2900r/min, 2.2KW, fan air volume 2500m3/h).
Impulse chamber is equipped with 2 sets electromagnetic valves and pipelines, which controls the back blowing of the two filter. Feature: The filter has a small diameter, a large unfolded surface area, and a good powder recovery effect. There are all together 4 filters in secondary recycling chamber, which can effectively block the dust outside the filter.The purified gas is discharged through the filter through the centrifugal fan. Powder recovery efficiency is more than 98%.
