This machine consists of machine frame, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic system and electric control system.
1.The main engine hydraulic system consists of oil tank, motor, vane pump, integrated block, oil cylinder and all kinds of valves, etc. Its role is to regulate the oil pressure during the operation, transfer & distribute oil liquid, so that the main engine can achieve the action it possess. The machine frame consists of cylinder plate, movable plate, lower plate and two nuts used in the tie rods. There is a base on the lower part consisting of oil tank, it is equipped with oil filter, oil pointer and oil discharge port. The tank can hold 100 liters of hydraulic oil, the detail can be decided according to the oil pointer on the oil tank. The oil cylinder plate is installed with an oil cylinder and an electronic ruler, a pressure sensor is installed between the movable plate and the oil cylinder piston rod, therefore judgment of whether the components are qualified can be carried out during the assembly process.
