Our armature assembly line integrates several machines in one automatic line. The production process will be as below:
Insulation paper inserting --- coil winding -- commutator welding --- commutator turning -----armature balancing-----testing
All the above corresponding machines can be customized.
Operators required for this assembly line are less than other lines. The reduction of labor force doesn't affect the whole productivity. Low labor cost and high productivity deeply improves the competitiveness for DC motor manufacturers.
