Motor Armature and Stator Epoxy Resin Powder Coating Machine

This powder coating machine should be used together with a heating oven. It can produce both stator and armature lamination insulation treatment.

After workpiece heated, load it into machine fixture, press start button, safety door closes, then machine will automatically dip workpiece into the fluidised powder bed. After powder coating, machine will automatically lift workpiece, rotate it 180 degree to evenly coating powder.

There are also a separate area for removing excess powder with an air gun so that powder can be recycled and re-used.
